The problem is that none of the given words is prime:
Ne = 10, V = 23, Er = 68
N = 7, O = 8, W = 74
S = 16, He = 2
Y = 39, O = 8, U = 92

Oh I think I got it!  Each of the words except SHe contains at least one prime element.
