Pick two points at random on a circle and draw the chord connecting them.

Pick two more points and connect them with a second chord.

What is the probability that these chords intersect?

What is this concept of the "difficulty level of the puzzle"?? Is this some figure that is given (if so, where?) with every puzzle?  Is this arbitrarily given by the proposer, or decided by some committee or what?  All I see is the "rating" and that is very subjective.
