Create the number 24 using only these numbers once each: 3, 3, 7, 7. You may use only the rules of addition, multiplication and division.

I don't recall reading anything about the use of brackets.

Take a 3. Now divide it by 7. Now add 3 to that. Now multiply that by 7. You have 24.
