The three digits -- 1, 7, and 8 -- satisfy the conditions for the solution:

178 = ( 2 x  89)
187 = (11 x  17)
718 = ( 2 x 359)
781 = (11 x  71)
817 = (19 x  43)
871 = (13 x  67)
