Is the following sentence technically true or false?

The sun will rise tomorrow morning.

Technically it's neither true nor false, assuming that technically means empirically, as the time hasn't come yet.

In the extreme case of the many worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, in the overwhelming majority of the universes into which this one can split by tomorrow, the sun will rise again tomorrow, but in a tiny, minuscule number of these worlds, some catastrophe will happen, such as a runaway planet or black hole crashing into ours.
