For what value(s) of Y there is only one solution?

Please read your post carefully, and if you are so inclined ,edit it.

There  are  only two values of Y for which a solution  exista:

 Y=2   ==>   65 + 735 + 9532 = 10332

and  Y=3  ==>  75 + 625 + 9523 = 10223

That is exactly what your program says.
