I mentioned previously more hints would be useful, and I'm personally not sure where to start here. I'd like there to be some progress before this falls off the front page.

It seems like more than just letters are relevant here because there is more than one type of C here (though maybe all C are equal).

The intro seems a little odd so something may be hidden in there, but I'm not sure. In addition, there are some eighth notes of the same value, but also twins and triplets which are not connected as eighth notes.
