Can you give one English word that uses the same vowel, not necessarily in a row, six times and that is the only vowel used in the word ?

The letter 'y' is a vowel or, sometimes, a semivowel. As a semivowel, it is sometimes called and grouped with the consonants. In the case of the words indivisibility and proctocolonoscopy the 'y' is definitely used as a vowel as the 'y' is pronounced as a long 'e'.

Of the few words that fit the condition of the poser, one that can be found in the Encarta (R) World English Dictionary [North American Edition] is taramasalata, a Greek fish roe paste (used especially as a pâté or dip).  As not all forms of words are included in many dictionaries, like common plural forms, a plural of a noun, defenselessnesses also fits the key requirement.
