Cover-up (Posted on 2011-06-23) Difficulty: 4 of 5
How many 3x5 rectangles are necessary to fully cover a 26x26 square?
Clearly, overlapping each other and/or the edges of the square is allowed.

Since 26*26=45*(3*5)+1 at least 46 rectangles are needed.
Gamer's post presents one possible solution of covering the big square using only 46 3*5 pieces.
