Doing that Google search and choosing the Wikipedia article that's a few entries from the top, finds an article that mentions only sunset.  A Find Within Page doesn't find any occurrences of moonrise within the Wikipedia article.

I know all my Jewish friends start their holidays at sunset the preceding Gregorian day, so I'm a bit confused.
