(II) Determine all possible prime(s) M such that 16*M + 1 is a perfect fourth power.

Of the first 1000 primes only one prime each fits the requirements:
( i) M=13 ::: 2*13+1 = 27 = 33
(ii) M= 5 ::: 16*5+1 = 81 = 34
