Twice nine (Posted on 2012-05-28) Difficulty: 3 of 5
The following example uses all the nine non-zero digits on both sides of the equation: 124983 / 576 = 216.984375

Provide additional solutions - All operations allowed, only one pair of brackets at most on each side. Right side may consist of 2 operations at most.

one of the possible answers | Comment 1 of 2

(13972 - 85)/64 = 216.984375

(There is an assumption that brackets -- a grouping 'operator' -- is not to be included in the count of operators, given the limit of 2 operations).
