I would expect that as the list reads, in ascending atomic number, and the " , .... " at the end that what is required is something beyond Radium.

It could be argued that there is a sequence also in the number of letters of the provided list:
3, 4, 2, 4, 3, 2, 3, 2, 3, ...

If that is in Broll's mind then the next 'word' would need to either need to be 2 or 4 letters.  No element beyond Radium reduces to 2 consonants but Actinium, Thorium and Americium [CTNM, THRM, MRCM] are some for consideration.
