Determine the minimum value of a positive integer N such that the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th digits in order immediately following the decimal point (reading left to right) in the base ten expansion of √N is 2013.

I went back to the Excel spreadsheet.

Likely I could have written the formulae better (ie, carry to the next column), I won't elaborate, but the best I could arrive at with the method offered was:
4531.9999032229
and that met my intention for ".9999"
The result rounds to 4532 which is shown by the computer results.
