Solitaire (Posted on 2012-10-02) Difficulty: 2 of 5
One card game within my solitaire suite uses two decks. Its tableau occupies 4 rows; by default the first row reads A through K. After drawing several cards the tableau might appear as:
A 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q K
_ _ 6 _ _ _ _ _ _ 7 _ _ K
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ A _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

1. With disregard to actual play, define just one rule* which would allow me to fill the tableau if the odds are in my favour.
2. Provide the content of the fourth row when the tableau is full.

*The rule may be conditional.

Call:  K=0, A=1, ... , Q=12

The number in Row R, Column C =
C * (the R-th Triangular Number), mod 13

Multiplier
   1         A   2   3   4   5   6   7   8   9   10  J   Q   K
   2         2   4   6   8   10 Q   A   3   5   7   9    J   K
   4         4   8   Q  3   7   J    2    6  10  A   5   9   K
   7         7   A   8   2   9   3   10  4   J   5   Q   6   K

And, only one deck of cards is needed, as with the previous solution
