Using each member of the set (2,3,4,5,+,=) once create a valid equation .

The of 4 and 5  is 9 and 3 times 3 is 9.  The latter can be achieved as the square of three, so:

4 +5 = 3²   [6 elements].

If I was to program that I'd have to introduce a caret ["^"] which then look like:  4 + 5 = 3 ^ 2.
