For 66, with 6 having 4 divisors, the formula D+2n gives 4+2(6)=16

16 =  6 : 2  
23 =  6 : 1
26 = 12 : 1
32 =  6 : 1
36 = 18 : 1
46 = 24 : 1
56 = 30 : 1
6*1 =  6 : 2
6*2 = 12 : 1
6*3 = 18 : 1
6*4 = 24 : 1
6*5 = 30 : 1
6*6 = 36 : 2
   TOTAL  16 occurances of the number 6
