In the first case, B must be the worst players sibling (from point 2), and therefore Evelyn is the worst. From point 3, B must be the best since he is next to Evelyn.
In the second case, D must be the worst players sibling(from point 2), and therefore S must be the worst player. Therefore B again, must be the best from point 3.
Therefore, Evelyn's Brother is the best player
