In a game of chess, formulate a position using the minimum possible pieces, where white has one queen, one rook, one bishop and one knight, and has exactly one mating move with each of these pieces.

Black has king h8, white has knight f8, queen f7, bishop d6, rook f5.  The white king isn't a factor and can go just about anywhere else.

That's either 4 or 5 white pieces, depending on how you're counting, and bare black king.
