I have rechecked the answer available with me and found it accurate.

It seems that both the comments are partially correct and I would request the answerers  to  check their respective solutions.

HINTS:

According to the answer known to myself:

1. Precisely two of the words of Charlie's top down solution are accurate in exactly four instances.

2. Exactly one of the  words in Charlie's bottom up solution matches mine in precisely one instance.

3. Precisely four of the words offered by brianjn are accurate (including his preference of the third word.)

4. The fourth word is GOLFER.
