Underground occupation (Posted on 2013-02-26) Difficulty: 4 of 5
The sequence: 10101'1 101 01 011 01 101 101011 represents a phrase in which all consonants were replaced by "1" and the vowels by "0" while the spacing between the words and the apostrophe "'" were left intact.
All the letters of the set (" banjo, dingo, insist, rib, sermon") were used in the coded sequence.
Find the source phrase.

using your hint I was able to see that minor is a a possible fit for the last word, that leaves bignor for the last word and boring came to mind.  Thus the answer appears to be
minor's job is and is not boring.  Which seems to be using the two meanings for boring.  A minor's job involves boring into the earth while the job is not boring or dull.
