As easy as 123 (Posted on 2013-10-25) Difficulty: 3 of 5
In the multiplication of two 3-digit numbers, all digits Except 1,2, and 3 were either erased or were not initially a part of the process.

Fill in the missing digits if 3EE*EEE=2E11E1 and the partial products (in some order) were: 2EE2, 2EE3, and 3321.

The first partial product has to be 3321 to give 1 as the last digit of the answer.

3321 = 9*369 making 369 the first multiplier.

7*369 = 2583 and 8*369 = 2952 are the only multiples ending in 2 and 3 but 879*369 doesn't match the problem conditions, so the answer is:

     369
     789
      ---
    3321
  2952
 2583
  ------
 291141
