Reconstruct a diagram where 10 straight lines, of finite length, form 12 intersections, viz:

   formed        Lines

Describe this relatively simple arrangement.

However you choose, but a sentence or two would be sufficient.

In terms of terminology I am having some difficulty in understanding how "straight lines and intersections" can be equated with "edges and vertices",  but if you can do that then I'd like to see.
