Unusual Crossword Puzzle (Posted on 2014-01-09) Difficulty: 2 of 5
In the crossword puzzle below, each answer is not entered as it is actually spelled, but rather, the letters are placed in alphabetical order. For example, if a correct answer were ANSWER, you'd enter AENRSW, either across or down.

My first thought is, yes, I think it would be easier to do this alphabetically.  

AACDEF
CDDELO
DEGLOR
EHINOR
LLNORU
NNOOTW

The upper left and lower right corners are near the beginning and end (respectively) of the alphabet, so it seems easier.
But the other two corners represent the end of one word and simultaneously the beginning of another word.
So, on reflection, I just don't know.
