First Names (Posted on 2014-06-15) Difficulty: 3 of 5
The word "melted" consists of two North American male first names placed back-to-back.

Put together two North American male first names to form:

(i) a fish
(ii) a flower
(iii) a type of shampoo
(iv) a Canadian city

Chamelaucium pheliferum is also called:  Eric John
although it is not a "melted" word
