Given:
1. N1=*u*
2. N2 =*u*
3. N1 not equal to N2
4. N1 x N2=u***u*
5. The letter u represents a certain digit.
6. All other digits are replaced by an asterisk (*).
7. No u in the partial products.
8. "x" in statement 4 is a multiplication sign.

Please restore the original numbers N1 and N2.

Bonus question : Eliminating the 7th condition, do we get additional solutions?

You have provided a true list of valid solutions, whereas the digit 7

does not appear in any of the partial producs.

However the one you have chosen  does not qualify, since it does not satisfy condition 3.

Needles to say that the "official" solution provides a  pair of numbers fitting all the requirements, mentioning that other possible couples exist.
