IT TOOK ME ABOUT 25 MINUTES TO GET

BONBON+GUVNOR=NORMAN

( Or BONBON+GUVNOR=NORIAN)

This triplet of words fits the given alphametics, answering my puzzle.

However solving it introduces

uncalled-for 587587+192780=780367

different equation, still correct addition
