Elementary is easy (Posted on 2014-06-04) Difficulty: 2 of 5

The following words: w1=hymn, w2=harm, w3=loom, w4=beam, w5=barn are a part of a long list.

What words qualify as w6, w9, w15, choosing from:
best, corn, down, easy, fine, good, grid, many, oven, plus, rest, tyre, zoom?

Special request : 1st solver is asked just to name the words, with no explanation.
