Well, I'll bite.  The obvious answer is 165428, if the operation is one of concatenation.  But this is tricks, so that can't be it.

If this is a multiplication, then N = 0 works.

Yes, I like that.  If N = 0, then 8245613N = 0, which is a palindrome.  I'll stick with that answer.
