I saw my error ( missing zero)  and  corrected it immediately'

My starting point in both cases was sqrt (10^k/3)

s=T^3+1

S+1=(T+U)^3

3*T^2 = 1/U 

 TO GET T =SQRT(33333.333)

and to check int(T+1)
