2- need 5 digits: ((2+2)*2+2)^2  or ((22-2)/2)^2  ;-


0- keeping in mihd that 0!=1 and denoting 0! by z:

100=(((z+z+z)!-z))*(z+z)))^(z+z)  using 8 zeroes
