With respect to the decimal digits 0-9:

a) What is unique about 2?

b) What is common with 4, 5, and 6?
  

I notice that "With [...]" doesn't start at the first line.  There are two spaces on the first line, and at the end.  So what is unique about 2 is that it is equal to the number of hidden spaces at the beginning of this puzzle?
