Solution from my simple phone..answer only Comment 1 of 1
a=3,650,401
b=0
d=8,388,608

Later:
The above result wss for 2n/24 , not for
n/24   I.e   15 degrees instead. of  7.5.
Upon my return from vacation will publish a full corrected solition
