Oddday (Posted on 2015-08-10) Difficulty: 1 of 5
Odd day occurs when three consecutive odd numbers make up a date e.g. 09/11/13 (last o.d. in a dd/mm/yy format).

1. How many times a century does it happen?
2. What is the longest period of time between 2 successive odd days?

(In reply to No math on vacation by Steve Herman)

I count 33350 days:

From 9/11/1913 to 9/11/2005 is 92 years or 33603 days.
Subtract:
March 1 - April 1: 31
April 1 - May 1:   30
May 1 - June 1:    31
June 1 - July 1:   30
July 1 - Aug. 1:   31
Aug. 1 - Sept. 1:  31
Sept. 1 - Oct. 1:  30
Oct. 1 - Nov. 1:   31
Nov. 1 - Nov 9:     8
                  ---
                  253

33603 - 253 = 33350
