The source I found was not definitive, and with a little more research, I determined that the maritime boundaries for the States do not alter which States share a border. Though some States have maritime boundaries that stretch out farther than others, these States' extended boundaries would not meet the maritime boundaries of a different State that it did not already share a boundary with it. I did find sources that did clearly state that there are States whose maritime boundaries were greater than others.
A correction had already been made to my earlier post before I saw yours.
