The 35-letter word, hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia, can be found in a lexical source other than the English Wiktionary, as it is also listed in Segen's Medical Dictionary.
Though noted in Wiktionary as a alternate spelling, and a possible mispelling, the 36-letter variant,   hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia, can also be found in Segen's Medical Dictonary, and in Dictionary.com's 21st Century Lexicon, as well as a few other sources. This lexical-monstrosity may be the longest named phobia.
