The quote is " ... sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything."

The source is William Shakespeare.  While I knew the quote and the source, I had to look it up to find the play.  It is the last line of the "All's the world a stage .." speech in "As you like it", and refers to the way that we exit the world.

I do not get the puzzle title, however.
