Surface Area = Lateral Area + Area of Base 1 + Area of Base 2
LA = (pi)* hs * ( a+b )
hs = SQROOT [ (a-b) ^2 + h^ 2 ]
AB 1 = (pi)*a^2
AB 2 = (pi)*b^2
