Brothers and Sisters (Posted on 2002-12-30) Difficulty: 2 of 5
There is a man looking at someone's picture and says:

Brothers and Sisters I have none,
but this man's father is my father's son.

Whose picture is the man looking at?

The solution makes perfect sense. What you said is correct when you are said that the man who is looking at the picture is the one who is saying that sentence...but you have to keep in mind that his father's son (which is himself, the one saying that and looking at the picture), is the person in the picture's FATHER. So the man looking at the picture, is the photographed person's father :) Which makes the man in the photo, his son :)
