A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.
If you can't use an object to make the cigarette then you must, logically, use energy and the cigarette itself. Just use the flame from a match or lighter or the concentrated light of a magnifying glass. The cigarette will then burn and overbalance. Why did you give this a 5 difficulty?
