Whats the smallest number ("the magic number") that can satisfy these conditions?

- its positive

- it is not divisible by any number below 20 (excluding 1)

- the average of the digits is an even number between 3 and 9

how about      17
1 + 7 = 8
8 / 2 = 4      average is even and between 3 & 9
17 is not divisible by any number below 20
 ( unless you count itself ???    17/17 = 1)
in that case it would have to be
