This sounds good, if by "root" is meant "divisor" or number that divides exactly into the previous number. Also, by "original number" you apparently mean the same as "current number", as in your example the next term after 100 starts the multiplication chain with 100, the "current number", rather than 10, the original number in the sequence.
The precedent works out well for rows 5 and 6, as:
64*2*4*8*16*32=2097152
and
36*3*9*2*6*18*4*12=10077696
However,
729*3*9*27*81*243=10460353203,
rather than the 14348907 shown as the next term after 729 in sequence 8. Perhaps this is an error in the puzzle itself.
