You are right. I wasn't paying attention. In any event, I think for X to go northwest is better (for X) for the simple reason that it changes the game from X being on the defensive to one that goes back and forth, defending and attacking. How does the solution thing work? I am 99% sure our answer is right... Does the poster have to check it or something?
