Explain the pattern and find the next five rows.
Hint: the symbols I chose have nothing to do with the pattern.

think of fractions. pick a number for the denominator. let's say 10. for all the numbers from 1 to 10 that can be the numerator a + will represent fractions that cannot be reduced and ='s for fractions that can. for ex.
1/10 2/10 3/10 4/10 5/10 6/10 7/10 8/10 9/10 10/10
no+ 1/5= no+ 2/5= 1/2= 3/5= no+ 4/5= no+ 1 =
that explains 1. because 1/1 cannot be reduced so it gets a =. And it explains why for primes they're all +'s except for the last one. for ex. for 17 only 17/17 can be reduced.
