What is the area of the largest ellipse that can be inscribed in a 3-4-5 triangle?

I normally juggle balls, not numbers. there are a few assumptions which i don't believe i can prove with my limited knowledge of maths.

However i do know that all three point of a right angle triangle sit on the circumference of a circle where the hypotenuse is equal to the circles diameter.
