A hexagon with sides of length 2, 7, 2, 11, 7, 11 is inscribed in a circle. Find the radius of the circle.
As suggested, *if* it matters, you may assume that the sides listed are given in order
My method of solution was similar to Charlie's Excell solution.
I created a complicated formula involving the sum of arcsines which I had to solve via graphing on my calculator. When the solution came out exactly 7, it made me think "There must be a way of finding this using more geometric reasoning."
Is there? I agree the solution is correct, but I'm unsatisfied with the method.
