What are the next two numbers in this sequence?
1, 1, 7, 3, 23, 23, 111, 15, 351, 415, __, __

I'm guessing 2175 and 447. I changed the numbers into base 2 and then worked on radix-4 substitutions for each pair of digits. I highly doubt it's correct - or at least I have zero confidence in it - but it makes sense according to what I worked out.
