A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

Fire a plasma jet directly at the top, becose plasma isn't mentioned in the rules. Electric charge the cigarette and use an oposite charge to drop it. Place a very large masive object near the cigarette and oscilate it's position back and forth, the gravity of the object will mke the cigartette swing and it will eventually drop
