Insert only THREE arithmetical operators between the digits on the left, so an equality follows.

For example, you could try 123x456+78/9... but somehow it doesn't work!

89 + 7 + 3/2 + 4/3 + 1/6 = 100

Or, if you could use 0-9 instead of 1-9:

89 + 6 + 4 1/2 + 35/70 = 100
