Thirty white horses on a red hill,

First they champ,

Then they stamp,

Then they stand still.

What am I talking about ?

Teeth do not appear to be horses, nor to be on a hill, they don't "champ", and they rarely number 30.  Even suggesting they stamp and then "stand still" is questionable at best. He may be talking about teeth, but not intelligibly.
